Drew is actually too big for our kitchen.
(Which makes it all the more selfless that he, and he alone, does the dishes every single day.)
Three boys are still not too big to fit on their mom's lap all at the same time.
(Made possible by three mini butts and a mother with an especially lengthy femur. Love. Love. Love.)

ReplyDeleteAre your boys big like Calvin? He's skinny but so tall. Most people think he's 5 or 6 and he wears that size clothing! I can hardly carry him anymore but there's still plenty of space in my arms while I'm sitting :)

I don't think they are especially tall. It will be fun to see how tall Calvin will grow to be. His Grandpa (I think you call him Papa right?) is very tall! And if he's like you, he'll be slim too. (You have a very covetable figure.)
Being too big for a kitchen...I can relate Drew.
ReplyDeleteI also do the dishes in our house sometimes think that our sink ought to have a pedal on it that I can pump to bring it up to standing-height like a barber's chair. Wouldn't that be great!?

ReplyDeletehahaha Adam! yah, jack it down for mrs. white and jack it up for mr. white. You guys could probably use this mechanism in other places around the house too -- bed height? toilet height? mirror height? shelf of useful things height?
